We are delighted to share with you the results of our fundraising activities during the bank holiday weekend. Roscommon SPCA would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the volunteers who dedicated their time and energy to help us raise funds for the animals. Your generosity and commitment are invaluable to us and the animals we serve.
We also want to thank the management and staff at Corrib Oil, Racecourse Road for their support and cooperation in allowing us to conduct a door collection, which collected €233.10. We appreciate everyone who donated and showed their support for our cause.
We are grateful to Elaine and the Committee of the Castlerea Agricultural Trade and Craft Show 2023 for allowing us to participate in their event, which was a great success for us. We thank everyone who purchased our Calendars, made donations, and offered kind words and encouragement. We raised a total of €403.77 at the event.
Our Church Gate Collections at Moore and Taughmaconnell churches gathered €320.22, thank you for your support. We also want to thank everyone who bought tickets for our International Cat Day hamper, which raised €515.00.
All the funds raised will go directly towards helping the animals and enabling us to continue our Discounted Community Neutering scheme for cats, regardless of circumstances. The cost of neutering a cat is only €10.00.
