Roscommon SPCA has received specific funding from DRCD (Department of Rural & Community Development) through the ISPCA to assist individuals on social welfare and pensions with the neutering of their XL Bullies.
Should there be leftover funds after neutering these dogs, we will broaden our support to include other bull-type breeds. Additionally, if resources allow, we may also help other breeds. Every dog that is neutered will also be microchipped and registered.
This assistance will be available until Wednesday, April 30, 2025, but it is dependent on available funds and may conclude earlier.
