Agreement Between Owner & Adopter
- All handover arrangements — including transport, supplies, and any veterinary follow‑up — are made directly between the current owner and the adopter.
- Roscommon SPCA CLG is not a party to this agreement and accepts no liability for any disputes, misunderstandings, or issues that may arise between the two parties.
Responsibilities of the Adopter
By applying to adopt, the adopter agrees that:
- All information provided in the application is accurate and honest.
- They will provide a safe, secure, and appropriate home environment.
- They will ensure the animal receives proper veterinary care, nutrition, enrichment, and companionship.
- They will not sell, give away, or transfer the animal without first contacting Roscommon SPCA.
- They understand that the current owner may choose the most suitable home and that an application does not guarantee adoption.
